Our Materials

Raw materials play a very important role in our business and are carefully selected from a portfolio of suppliers who offer a total commitment to quality and product development. The materials used are Polypropylene (PP) and Polyvinylchloride (PVC).

“Polypropylene is one of those most versatile polymers available with applications, both as a plastic and as a fibre, in virtually all of the plastics end-use markets” (British Plastics Federation). It is 100% recyclable and a very flexible material and ideal for four color printing on large volume runs.

“PVC's major benefit is its compatibility with many different kinds of additives, making it a highly versatile polymer. PVC can be plasticized to make it flexible for use in a wide variety of applications. (British Plastics Federation). This material provides our customers with an abundant choice of textures and colours.
